Monument 2
In 2012 we took the decision to build a second lake and work started on Lake 2 in spring 2013. This will open on August meaning 2015.
The Monument 2 is 10 acres in size, boasting 2 double pegs and 14 other swims, meaning it can house 18 anglers at any one time, all the pegs cover a substantial amount of water and will give all the anglers a chance of a big hit of fish regardless of the peg you book onto.
Every peg on the Monument 2 is fitted with a double waterproof plug socket. Pegs 5,6,7,8 which face the prevailing wind constantly have had substantial wind breakers made from rail way sleeper to make your session more comfortable.
Monument 1
Created in November 2002 Monument Lakes is a specially designed carp fishery. Further trees are continuously being planted to further improve the landscape. When you visit the Monument Carp Fishery you can expect the highest standards of Management.
In 2016, we drained Monument 1 dry and removed all of the features, this has massively benifitted the fishery, as the carp don’t hold up in one area, they are constantly moving around so all swims consitantly produce. We also fenced the entire Monument Complex to ensure the safety and longevity of the fisheries.
This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
You may enter this competition up to 20 times.
You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when ordering and you will receive an email confirmation.
The total amount of tickets for this competition is (199).
If all tickets do not sell out, the draw will happen on May 1, 2024 regardless.
You must answer the competition question correctly to be entered into the live draw. Incorrect entries will not be notified or entered into the live draw.
You may enter the competition online or for free by post by sending your entry to Carp Fishing Draws on a postcard. You must have an account on Carp Fishing Draws for your entry to be processed. All details on your entry MUST correspond to the details on your account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
The live draw will take place on the Carp Fishing Draws Facebook page using Google’s random number generator to select the winning ticket number from all Entrants.
