Throughout the year, solid bags prove consistently effective. Anglers comfortable with the washing line method can explore fishing to the far bank for success. During certain seasons, fishing over extensive beds of bait can yield multiple hits within a 24-hour period. In warmer months, surface fishing becomes highly effective. Fake sweetcorn serves as a popular hook bait, particularly when paired with a high-quality boilie or pellet. Our bailiff’s top tip: Rise early, observe the water for signs of activity, such as shows and fizzing, and cast to these spots. Stay mobile with singles and solid bags for optimal results.
